REPAIR POLICY

  • Linsan is proud of the products we produce, however, regardless of how careful you are, normal wear and tear and accidents occur damaging your favorite appliances. Linsan will be happy to repair them at a reasonable rate. If Linsan inspects and acknowledges a damage caused by manufacturing defect, Linsan will repair or replace the product under our warranty policy. Please expect 1-3 week turn around. Please make sure all items are clean. Any dirty items returned for repair may be refused or subject to mandatory cleaning fee.

WARRANTY POLICY

  • What Linsan Warranty Covers

    Linsan warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner of the product. If Linsan inspects and acknowledges a damage caused by manufacturing defect, Linsan will repair or replace the product under our warranty policy. This warranty does not cover damage(s) caused by accident, improper care, negligence, alterations, or normal wear and tear. Damage(s) not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable rate. Please expect 1-3 week turn around. Please make sure all items are clean. Any dirty items returned for repair may be refused and or subject to a mandatory cleaning fee.

WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD

Warranty coverage period starts on the date reported in the documents attached to the product, such as an invoice/waybill or other type of document, and ends after 3 (three) months.

For the repaired components, LINSAN recognizes one month of warranty.
