• How to use steaming function:
  • Place strainer in Smush bowl
  • Fill with chopped vegetables leaving enough room to properly close lid
  • Fill your Smush bowl with 2 tablespoons of water; do not exceed this amount
  • Cover securely with vented lid
  • Cook food in microwave for 1-2 minutes
  • Remove from microwave and let stand for 1-2 minutes
  • Remove lid carefully to avoid spilling
  • Use hand masher to smush vegetables to desired consistency
  • Mix well and test temperature of food to ensure it is safe for baby before serving
