These Natural aluminum pans have premium nonstick added to their interiors for easy release and cleaning. Our proprietary nonstick is time-tested and has proven to be especially durable and resistant to scratching. Encapsulated galvanized steel rims prevent warping. Made of aluminum for even heating and superior baking performance. Pure aluminum will never rust. Aluminum pans are the preferred choice for bakeries and home kitchens alike.

USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as it will shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan and produce discoloration on exposed aluminum surfaces. However, this discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking.
3. Cooking spray is not recommended. While not necessary, butter, shortening and canola oil may improve browning and release of food. If using spray release, ensure that it is baking spray containing flour.

4. Parchment paper may be used with pans and makes cleanup simple.
5. Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils, sharp knives, and scouring pads will scratch the nonstick on your pans and are not recommended.
6. Oven safe to 450°F.
7. Not intended for use under broiler or on the stovetop.
