The Rock Cookware Set by Starfrit is sleek, stylish and extremely durable with patent-pending Rock tec technology. This technology uses tiny steel pellets to harden the aluminum creating a permanent, rock-like finish with peaks and hollows on the surface of the pan. These dimples create air pockets under the food, so the food does not have a flat surface to stick on. The result is unparalleled non-stick performance. This rock-like finish is also highly scratch and abrasion-resistant. Each piece is made of extra-thick forged aluminum which will not warp and provides optimal heat distribution for even cooking. Riveted stainless steel handles stay cool to the touch and the tempered glass lids with steam vent allow you to keep an eye on what’s cooking.

To extend the lifespan of your dinnerware, we recommend microwaving food in one-minute increments or less until the desired temperature is reached.
