Like a fan-assisted oven but much quicker and more economical on power, a halogen cooker circulates air all around food for the crispiest, crunchiest results. Anything you can cook in a conventional oven can be done in a halogen one, with superior results; it’s particularly suited to the likes of chips or roast chicken, but far more versatile than you might imagine – you can also fry and bake.

Here’s the science bit – intense heat waves from a high-powered bulb combined with a high performance fan cook food evenly, quickly and efficiently with lovely browned results, and there are lots more benefits to using this machine:
